Made for you
Commission a painting
A lake you love, a companion you miss, a palette for a particular room. Tell Lily about it and she’ll reply with a written brief, timeline and quote — before anything is paid.
What Lily paints
-
A place you love
Lakes, trails, cabins and city views painted from your photographs, in thick palette-knife texture.
-
A companion
Pet portraits with the color and flowers of the landscapes, painted from a few good photos.
-
A palette for a room
Textured abstracts in colors chosen with you, sized for a particular wall.
The process
How a commission works
Everything is agreed in writing first: what will be painted, the size and materials, the price, revisions, timing and how the image may be used.
Share your idea
Send photos, the size you have in mind and any date that matters. The quote is free and there’s no obligation.
Receive a written quote
Lily confirms the scope, materials, price, number of revisions, timeline and delivery — and answers your questions.
Confirm with a deposit
Work begins once you accept the quote and pay the deposit it describes, which is credited to the final price.
Watch it take shape
You’ll see progress photos and can ask for the revisions agreed in your quote.
Delivery
After the balance is paid, the painting ships with tracking or is collected in person, as agreed.
Your request
Tell Lily about your painting
It takes about three minutes. Lily aims to reply within two business days.

Questions
How much does a commission cost?
It depends on size, complexity and timing. Your written quote is free, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Can you paint from my photos?
Yes — clear, well-lit photos help most. Your photos are private and are never reused without your permission.
Who owns the rights to the painting?
You own the painting. Lily keeps the copyright in the image; any other use, such as prints or cards, is agreed in writing.
What if I need to cancel?
Before work starts you can cancel without charge. After that, any charge reflects the agreed work already done, as set out in your quote — and your statutory rights are unaffected.
